Humaira Siddique
Managing Partner
Humaira Siddique is the Managing Partner at SITG Capital LLC, where she leverages her expertise in finance and investment to drive impactful projects. With a master’s degree in Computer Science from Texas State University, Humaira is a passionate advocate for affordable housing and community development, dedicated to providing clean, quiet, and safe living spaces for families. She actively works towards ensuring that everyone has access to quality housing. She believes in diversified investing strategies that mitigate risk while fostering financial growth, and that an allocation to real estate can be a valuable asset in a well-built portfolio.
Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys traveling and cherishing moments with her three children, embracing every opportunity to explore new cultures and create lasting memories with her family.
Joe Fisher
Faisal Siddique
Director of Investor Relations MENA
Faisal Siddique is a seasoned entrepreneur with a Master’s in Business Administration and a strong background in business development and investment relations. As the Director of Investor Relations for the MENA region at SITG Capital, he plays a key role in fostering strategic partnerships and managing investor relations across the region.
With expertise in negotiating contracts, Faisal has successfully navigated complex deals across various industries, including supply chain, hospitality, and finance. In addition to his corporate endeavors, he is also a café owner, bringing his entrepreneurial vision to the hospitality sector.
Driven by a passion for business growth and strategic investments, Faisal continues to make a significant impact in the MENA region’s business landscape.
Nick Miller
Nick has been in financial services for over a decade. He currently holds his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, and before joining SITG, provided financial planning and advice to his clients. Through SITG, Nick has been able to continue being an advocate for clients while connecting them with the value that SITG Capital provides. When Nick isn’t enjoying time with his wife and daughters, he’s likely fly fishing or taking photos of wildlife. Nick is a Kansas native and currently lives in Lawrence, KS, working remotely for the Firm.
Farhan Siddiqui
Regional Asset Manager
Farhan brings nearly 20 years of experience across real estate, aviation, and hotel management. He has consistently delivered success on high-profile projects with leading master developers globally. Farhan’s expertise in asset management, commercial finance, and asset optimization, combined with his passion for innovation and integrating fintech, data, and AI, drives value creation for investors. His forward-thinking approach and alignment with industry trends support SITG Capital’s growth and strategic goals, maximizing returns for investors.
Farhan calls Katy, Texas home, along with his wife and two sons. He enjoys catching up with his parents, trying to match his 8-year-old son Azaan’s soccer skills, while his 5-year-old son Hamdan, always manages to make Dad the runner-up in every gaming challenge.
Fred Owens
Fred Owens is an accomplished Director of Commercial Lending at SITG Capital, leveraging his extensive 15-year career in real estate and banking. With a solid background in both residential and commercial lending, he excels in overseeing all aspects of lending operations, from acquisition to portfolio management. Fred is a strategic thinker who employs a meticulous approach to optimize debt structures for new and existing projects, ensuring alignment with the firm’s long-term goals and growth initiatives.
Recognized for his analytical acumen, Fred’s lending guidance goes beyond numbers, incorporating a nuanced understanding of market trends and a keen ability to assess risks and rewards. His expertise plays a pivotal role in navigating the complex financial landscapes of real estate investment, instilling confidence in stakeholders that their capital is managed efficiently.
Outside of work, Fred leads a vibrant life in sunny Phoenix, Arizona with his wife Ada. They both share a passion for salsa dancing, finding joy in the balance between excitement and grace. Fred is also an avid pickleball player, bringing the same level of enthusiasm and competitiveness from the court to his professional endeavors. Continuously seeking personal and professional growth, Fred embraces new hobbies to augment his rigorous work-life balance.
